afs.RMIT.fashion is a digital showcase of graduates who imagine future commercial contexts, create ethical and sustainable design propositions and use cross-disciplinary design strategies to drive diverse global and competitive emerging design practices.

'RE•CONSTRUCTIVIST' examines how specific fashion design interventions can reshape consumer behaviour to reduce over-consumption. The project mixes modular, adaptive and incremental change design strategies with a dash of whimsy. Informed by behavioural insights of a wearer, the project invites the wearer to participate in the curation and evolution of their own look, thus bolstering emotional durability and reducing the wearer's desire to over-consume.
